James D. Campbell President and CEO James is the President and CEO of Tulkita Technologies Inc. Prior to co-founding Tulkita, James held IT Senior Leadership positions at Accenture Inc. and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board where he was responsible for setting up and heading a global Test Practice, leading multi-year IT programs and overseeing IT Strategy, Operations and Sourcing. James is a globally recognized expert in IT Optimization and Quality. Through his 15+ years of ‘hands-on’ experience in IT management consulting, James has had the privilege of working with over 175 of the world’s Fortune 500 companies, where he learned first-hand the common sources of inefficiencies that exist within the IT organization and how to fix them. James' tenure in IT and Quality Sr. Leadership positions has allowed him to design and build practical solutions that are specifically focused on improving the effectiveness of an organization’s quality, yielding both ‘quick hits’ as well as long-term success.
Heather D. Gardiner Chief Technology Officer As Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Tulkita, Heather helps clients to understand and build strategies and training programs that target, motivate and empower IT organizations. For the past 15 years, Heather has partnered with global Fortune 500 companies to help them successfully realize their key technology and business objectives through IT Optimization, Quality Assurance and Program Management. Previous to joining Tulkita, Heather launched a Canadian Testing Centre of Excellence and worked with global business units to re-define their offerings for a large global management consulting and technology company. Heather has also built and launched over 25 unique Performance and Automation Practices which have improved efficiency, rationalized operations and achieved significant ROI for her customers.
Eric Yu Practice Lead of IT Optimization
Eric
is the Practice Lead of IT Optimization at Tulkita, focusing on helping
organizations achieve effectiveness and efficiency. Eric and his team
have led the design and implementation of Tulkita's Analytical
Measurement Framework, a suite of tools and processes that
quantitatively measure an organization's quality practice and produce
supporting analytics that identify efficiency improvement initiatives.
With over 10 years of expertise in IT measurement analytics and process
optimization, Eric and his team work ‘hands-on’ with Tulkita customers
in the areas of: IT Assessments, Metrics, Analytics and Optimization
Enablement projects. Eric recently worked with Matthew to design and
launch OPTISTRAT's Estimator module.
Steven Choi Practice Lead of Quality
Steven is the Practice Lead of Quality at Tulkita. In this role, Steven
is responsible for delivering and growing Tulkita’s Quality and Testing
practice. He oversees Tulkita’s team of specialists responsible for such
services as: Test Practice Modernization, Agile Testing, Mobile
Testing, Process Optimization, Test Automation and Performance Testing.
Prior to joining Tulkita, Steven held senior IT Quality and Testing
positions across various market segments including: financial services,
automotive, entertainment and retail sectors. His innovation and
achievements in the areas of Test Automation and Performance have won
him accolades and awards globally. Recently, Steven and his team have
focused on launching several new and innovative service offerings for
our customers: Tulkita's ‘Pay-per-Bug Testing for Start-Ups’ as well as
conducting advanced research in Performance Diagnostics and
Infrastructure Planning.
Matthew Hum Practice Lead of Solutions Matthew is Tulkita's Practice Lead of Solutions. His extensive experience and knowledge of implementing and configuring enterprise systems and tool suites. In addition, Matthew is a recognized expert in designing and implementing organizational automation frameworks and processes which yield significant ROI for our customers. Matthew and his team are responsible for the build and launch of Tulkita's OPTISTRAT Optimization Toolkit. A market first, OPTISTRAT is the world's premiere cloud-based suite of tools specifically built to optimize an IT organization. Under Matthew's direction, the Solutions Team is busy building new OPTISTRAT capabilities (soon to be announced) as well as supporting our current OPTISTRAT customer base.
Pierre-Roch Cote
Practice Lead of Training
Pierre-Roch
is our Practice Lead of Training. Pierre-Roch worked for one of Canada’s
“Big Five” Financial Institutions for a period of 36 years, 34 of which
were spent in Testing, Quality Control and Quality Assurance. He began
his career as a Tester on Medium and Large Mainframe Applications. His
career progressed to include Interface and “Live” Testing between
Mainframe and Personal Computer and Mobile Applications. Pierre-Roch was
also involved in the evolution of Data Warehousing and DataMarts
platforms. He is a recognized Subject Matter Expert in Process
Improvements in the System Development Life Cycle.
